Feeling wired but tired? Mind racing, body tense, can't seem to switch off?
RESET is a 2.5-hour experience designed to support your nervous system — through intentional movement and conscious breathing — so you can reduce stress, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with your body.
What makes RESET different?
This event combines two complementary practices in one powerful session:
Restorative Pilates focuses on slow, controlled movement that supports body awareness and connection. Rather than high-intensity training, we work with mat-based exercises designed to help you reconnect with your physical body through intentional, mindful movement.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a single breathing technique that can support your physical, emotional and mental health, including nervous system regulation. Though everyone's experience is unique depending on where they are in life, health, and past experiences, common experiences include physical sensations like reduced tension, tingles, temperature shifts, or vibrations. Some people notice emotions surfacing — this practice provides a safe way to process and release stored emotions. Others experience mental clarity, insights, or visual elements. You'll be guided and supported throughout, and given space to move through your own experience.
Both practices are evidence-based and facilitated by a certified facilitator in an intimate setting.
Who is this for?
- You're juggling a lot and need dedicated time to hit pause
- You already do Pilates or yoga and want to deepen your practice with breathwork
- You've tried breathwork before and want a more structured, facilitated experience
- You can't commit to weekly classes but want quarterly check-ins for your nervous system
- You're tired of managing stress with scrolling, pushing through, or just "dealing with it"
- You want practical tools you can use beyond the session
This session welcomes all levels — whether you're experienced with Pilates and Breathwork or completely new to both.
What happens during RESET?
45 minutes: Restorative Pilates
Mat-based, slow-paced movement that can help you drop out of your head and into your body. Supports strength and awareness through controlled, intentional exercises. No high-intensity workouts — just mindful reconnection.
45 minutes: Conscious Connected Breathwork
Guided breathwork that can support the release of what you're holding onto — tension, stress, mental clutter. This breathing technique can help your nervous system shift states (from flight/fight/freeze/fawn into rest/digest). You'll be guided and supported throughout, with space for your own unique experience.
15 minutes: Integration
Your body and mind have just done some deep work. This time allows everything to settle, so you may leave feeling grounded rather than scattered.
All equipment provided. Feel free to bring your own mat, grip socks, or blanket if you prefer.
Limited to 12 spots for a safe and supported experience.
This is a quarterly event. RESET happens four times a year — giving you a chance to check in with your nervous system, work with what you're carrying, and build capacity to feel steady when life gets heavy.
